Differences in the Rules in the House and Senate
One of the most important rule differences is that in the Senate, filibusters are allowed, and in the House, they are not.
*In the Senate, bills are introduced by the Senate that proposed it, and in the House, the Speaker introduces all the bills
*In the House of Representatives, for a bill to be introduced, it must be placed in the hopper, and in the Senate, there is no hopper.
*Overall, the Senate has less rules and Senators have more freedom to express their views
